MIR3614 is identified as a microRNA (miRNA) hub within the greenyellow module, suggesting a central role in the network [PMC6399982]. This miRNA is implicated in inflammatory and immune responses related to human intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) [PMC6399982]. Although MIR3614 is not extensively studied, it is shown to be interconnected with 40 genes, which are significantly enriched in pathways such as IL-6 and IL-10 signaling, granulocyte adhesion and diapedesis, as well as phagosome formation [PMC6399982]. The importance of MIR3614 is further highlighted by its inclusion in a 1.6-Mb microdeletion associated with NOG-SSD (nonsyndromic stapes ankylosis with broad thumb and toes), which affects a total of thirteen genes [PMC4376726].
