The high fat diet induced up-regulation of miR-421, miR-702 and miR-703, in these mouse mo dels was not reflected in the mesenchymal stem cell mo del of adipogenesis as these miRNAs were down-regulated during in vitro adipocyte differentiation. [score:7]
