The microRNA intersections in three softwares suggested that 64 microRNAs (e. g., hsa-miR-575, hsa-miR-149-3p, hsa-miR-382-5p, hsa-miR-516a-3p, hsa-miR-1184, hsa-miR-1261, hsa-miR-3127-5p, hsa-miR-3127-5p, hsa-miR-4649-3p) could be highly related to GAPLINC, and therefore, could be selected as candidates (shown by Venn graph, Figure 4A).
