The results showed that miR168, miR395, miR398, miR399, and miR528 were all up-regulated in the NS3 -overexpressing rice line, but down-regulated or unchanged in the mNS3 -overexpressing rice line compared with the WT (See S1 Table for more details) (Fig 2B).
